I first tried Fat Alley Hot Sauce at Creekside Cafe and Grill in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. It was deliciously complex. I bought a bottle from the restaurant and went through it fairly quickly. I ordered four bottles from this website and look forward to using them. The bottles were carefully packaged to avoid any breaking during shipment, so all arrived perfectly intact. I’ve tried a lot of different hot sauces over the years, but this is my favorite thus far.
