I visited Telluride a few weeks ago and after a mildly harrowing drive over Last Dollar Road, I found my way to the Oaks restaurant. I had a beer and some tortilla chips at the bar and they brought a bottle of Fat Alley along with the order. I thought it was great and ordered a couple of bottles when I got back home to Maine.
When they arrived I tried it on some baked cod fish. It brought it to a whole. nother. level. I put it in baked beans and it transformed them. I tried it on steak - the best steak sauce I've ever had. I put it in hamburgers, refried beans, the stuffing in my home made burritos. It kicks - it isn't just hot, it's flavorful! I plan to try it on brussell sprouts, cualiflower, broccoli and anything else that comes through my kitchen.
All good things must come to and end, and Fat Alley will, too someday. But between now and then, I'm going to stockpile enough so won't possibly outlive it.

I still haven’t received my shipment, yall keep saying it’s been sent but it hasn’t… a guy named Dave is now saying it’s in transit.
I have been ordering this from yall for 2 years… it’s very disappointing and yall have offered nothing to compensate for this error.
