Spent a week in Steamboat a few years back and decided to try this sauce at a breakfast spot and became addicted. The rest of the stay, I tried to visit restaurants solely based on whether they carried the stuff—I put a good dent in many bottles that week. Ended up buying a bunch on my drives through the state for the next couple years, now I order it online—shipping and service is amazing.
As for the sauce, it speaks for itself. Haven’t been able to find something that balances the sweet with the slight heat the way this does. Spent quite a bit trying to find anything remotely similar, but never found a thing!
